Description
General description Welding Rods are designed for easy use, making them suitable for young welding operators. These low temperature aluminum welding electrodes require only a small heating device and provide a weld strength that is generally higher than the strength of the base metal itself. The rods do not require additional solder powder, as the welding core and coating serve as the basis for effective welding. They are convenient and easy to work with, offering high performance with a smooth welding effect. Technical specifications Material: Aluminum Color: Silver Diameter: 2.0 mm Melting point: 647/658 °C Length: 33 cm Quantity: 50 pieces Installation Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning. Step 2: Heat the surface of the base metal to a working temperature of 450 °C or above. Step 3: For thin aluminum, heat to a suitable working temperature and rub the wire back and forth with a wire brush to form a weld. Attention: Ensure the surface is cleaned and maintain the base metal temperature at 450 °C during welding. Usage This low temperature aluminum welding wire can weld almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum alloy, cast aluminum, and aluminum magnesium alloy. It is capable of repairing severely corroded or oil-contaminated aluminum alloys that are often deemed unrepairable. The welding rods exhibit high strength, good forgeability, and excellent corrosion resistance.
