Description
General description Easy to use, these low temperature aluminum welding electrodes are designed for young welding operators, requiring only a small heating device for effective welding. The weld strength achieved is generally higher than that of the base metal itself, making it a reliable choice for various applications. Technical specifications Quantity: 50 pcs Length: 33 cm Diameter: 2.0 mm Melting point: 647 / 658 °C Material: Aluminum Color: Silver Installation Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning. Step 2: Heat the surface of the base metal to a temperature of 450 °C or above. Step 3: For thin aluminum, heat to a suitable working temperature and rub the wire back and forth with a wire brush to form a weld. Caution: Ensure the surface is clean and maintain the base metal temperature at 450 °C during welding. Usage This welding wire can effectively repair aluminum alloys, including cast aluminum and aluminum magnesium alloys, even in cases of severe corrosion or oil contamination. It offers high weldability, corrosion resistance, and excellent processing properties.
