Description
General description Easy to use welding electrodes suitable for young welding operators, requiring only a small heating device. The weld strength achieved is generally higher than that of the base metal itself. These electrodes do not require additional solder powder, as the solder core and coating serve as the basis for welding. They are convenient and easy to work with, providing a smooth welding effect due to the internal powder used. Technical specifications Material: Aluminum Color: Silver Melting Point: 647 / 658 °C Diameter: 2 mm Length: 50 cm Package: 50 aluminum welding wires Installation Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning. Step 2: Heat the surface of the base metal to a working temperature of 450 °C or above. Step 3: For thin aluminum, heat to a suitable working temperature and rub the wire back and forth with a wire brush to form a weld. Caution: Ensure the surface is cleaned and maintain the base metal temperature at 450 °C during welding. Usage This low temperature aluminum welding wire can weld almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum alloy, cast aluminum, and aluminum magnesium alloy. It is effective for repairing severely corroded or oil-contaminated metals. Other information High weldability and corrosion resistance High thermal and electrical conductivity Excellent processing properties
