General description

Welding Rods are designed for easy use by novice welders, requiring only a small heating device for operation. These low temperature aluminum welding electrodes provide a weld strength that is generally higher than the strength of the base metal itself. They do not require additional solder powder, as the solder core and coating serve as the necessary components for effective welding.

Installation

Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning.

Step 2: Heat the surface of the base metal to a temperature of 450 °C or above to enable proper welding.

Step 3: For thin aluminum, heat to the working temperature and rub the wire back and forth with a wire brush to form a weld.

Suitable for welding aluminum, aluminum alloys, cast aluminum, and aluminum magnesium alloys.

Can repair severely corroded or oil-contaminated white metals.

Offers high weldability, corrosion resistance, and excellent processing properties.

Other information

Caution: Ensure the surface is cleaned and maintain the base metal temperature at 450 °C during welding.

Avoid using flames to burn the wire; rely on the thermal conductivity of the base material for effective welding.
