Description
General Description: Low-temperature aluminum welding rods are designed for easy and efficient welding, even for novice operators. They require only a small heating device and provide a weld strength that is generally higher than that of the base metal. These electrodes are ideal for repairing aluminum alloys, including those that are heavily corroded or contaminated with oil. Technical Specifications: Material: Aluminum; Color: Silver; Melting Point: 647-658 °C; Diameter: 2 mm; Length: 33 cm; Quantity: 50 pieces. Installation: Step 1: Polish the surface by physical cleaning. Step 2: Heat the base metal surface to 450 °C or higher to ensure proper melting of the welding wire. Step 3: For repairs on thin aluminum, heat to the appropriate working temperature and brush the wire with a wire brush to form a weld. Application: These welding rods are suitable for welding almost all white metals, including aluminum, aluminum alloy, and cast aluminum. They offer high strength, good forgeability, and excellent corrosion resistance. Other information: Be careful to maintain the base metal temperature at 450°C during welding. Avoid using flames to burn the wire, as the required temperature depends on the thermal conductivity of the base material.
