Description
1. With lightning protection. 2. With temperature compensation. 3. Power supply devices for reliable performance and long service life. 4. Undervoltage protection, overvoltage protection, and overcurrent protection. 5. Reverse battery connection, reverse solar panel connection, and reverse battery discharge protection. Specification: The solar charger uses a series charge control method to increase charging efficiency by 3% to 6%. Simultaneously, the MCT controller's charging function tracks the maximum current of the solar panel in real time, resulting in a more efficient charging method. Features: 1. 6. The fully sealed and completely waterproof design greatly improves the controller's stability and reliability. 7. The all-aluminum housing and multi-edge bottom plate design increase the heat dissipation area, ensuring the entire controller operates at optimal heat dissipation levels for extended periods. 8. The wind turbine battery reverse connection protection adopts a unique circuit design, eliminating the need for a traditional reverse connection fuse, significantly improving the reliability and practicality of the entire system. Specification: Condition: 100% Brand New Item Type: Hybrid Wind and Solar Controller Color: Black Size: Approx. 13 * 8.2 * 2 cm / 5.1 * 3.2 * 0.8 in Weight: Approx. 384g / 13.5oz Self-Consumption: Average static power consumption: Approx. 13mA. During charging and discharging: 15mA average. Maximum discharge current: 20A. Operating environment temperature: -35-75°C. Charging mode: MGT mode (maximum current tracking). Package list: 1 * Hybrid wind and solar controller. Wiring: 1. First, connect the positive terminals of the load, battery, and solar panel to the controller's red wire. 2. Reconnect the negative terminals of the load. 3. Next, connect the negative terminal of the battery to the controller's negative terminal. At this point, the controller performs a self-test. Once the self-test is successful, all LEDs will be fully illuminated, then the remaining LEDs will turn off, and the power LED will illuminate. After 6 seconds, the charging LED will illuminate, indicating that the discharge is normal. 4. Connect the negative terminal of the solar panel to the controller's negative terminal. The controller's charging indicator light illuminates, the discharge lamp turns off, and the charging system is functioning normally. If you are wiring at night, the controller will not enter charging mode, and the third-stage discharge state will remain until the controller's discharge synchronization is complete. 5. Connect the controller's three-phase AC input line to the wind turbine's three-phase output line. Once all wiring is complete, please wrap the connector with waterproof tape to prevent water ingress. Charging Indicator (Green): 1. No light: the battery is not charging. 2. Always on: the battery is charging at maximum current (Mct). Discharging Indicator (Red): 1. Does not light up: the charging output is disabled. 2. Always on: the charging output is enabled. 3. Slow flashing indicates low battery voltage. 4.Flashing, indicating overcurrent protection and load output cut-off.
