Product information

Description

The Wolf Professional 150T is a convertible gas/no-gas MIG welder, supplied ready to run flux-cored with the option to switch to gas MIG later via a simple polarity change and some optional accessories, no tools needed. That makes it a better long-term buy than a no-gas-only machine if you think you might want gas MIG down the line. It gives a DC output across 30-135 amps with six selectable power settings and fully variable wire speed, so you can dial in the right combination for the material and wire type rather than working with fixed increments.

It's supplied without a fitted plug. Wolf recommend a 32A rated plug or a hardwired supply, with an isolator and independent breaker rated above 32A, because of the amperage draw. That's a heavier electrical requirement than Wolf's standard 230V/13A welders, so check your supply and consult an electrician if you're not sure before buying. Turbo fan cooling supports extended duty cycles, and the non-live torch adds a layer of safety in use. Comes with a mini spool of flux-cored wire, spare 0.9mm tips, a spare torch shroud, chipping hammer/wire brush, and a hand-held face shield to CE standard with 350mm of face and hand coverage.

Gas/no-gas convertibility - switches between flux-cored and gas MIG via polarity change, no tools needed, future-proofing against changing job needs.
30-135 amp DC output - six selectable power settings match current to material thickness for consistent results.
Variable wire speed control - fine-tune feed rate to the specific job rather than working with fixed settings.
Turbo fan cooling - supports extended duty cycles without the machine overheating during longer runs.
Non-live torch - reduces shock risk during handling, adding a safety margin over standard live-torch designs.
