Installation

Place the fan on the flat sides of the oven

Ensure the surface temperature of the oven is above 50°C for the fan to start rotating

Usage

Airflow increases to 60-90 CFM between 120°C and 200°C

Normal operation occurs when the oven surface temperature reaches 200°C to 375°C, with airflow between 110-170 CFM
