For installation, a flat, level, square base is recommended with an allowance of at least 100mm on each side. For example, a 4m by 3m building would require a base of 4.2m by 3.2m. Please note that flashing and brackets/fixings required to attach the porch to your property's walls are not included, and professional advice on suitable fixings for your wall type is recommended.

Usage

This wooden porch is designed for DIY assembly and comes with full pictorial instructions. Regular seasonal maintenance is advised to ensure longevity, including tightening bolts and applying a water repellent treatment to minimize moisture absorption.

All screws, bolts, nails, and other fixings needed for assembly are included.
