Description
🔹【Model Selection】Choose the correct hinge based on the size of your glass door (size and quantity). Small model: maximum load 20 kg, for glass thickness of 3-7 mm. Large model: maximum load 45 kg, for glass thickness of 6-10 mm. For a glass door height less than 70 cm, 2 hinges are sufficient; from 70 cm upwards, at least 3 are required (each with a width not exceeding 40 cm).
🔹【No Drilling Required】The included transparent spacers and small, soft plastic caps into which the screws are inserted protect the glass surface while increasing friction, eliminating the need to drill into the glass.
🔹【Installation】Determine the hinge positions and ensure even load distribution. Clamp the hinge arm onto the edge of the glass and screw it in firmly (but not too tightly to avoid breaking the glass). Then attach the hinge base to the other side of the cabinet.
🔹【Brushed Surface】The surface is brushed, fingerprint-resistant, and easy to clean, in a modern, minimalist style. The zinc alloy material offers some corrosion resistance but should not be installed in the bathroom or any other highly humid area.
