The chicken gets stuck very often and not even half of the feathers are removed I'm really disappointed.

Good product except the screw thread which does not correspond to a classic garden hose screw thread so you have to hold it with tape and it leaks everywhere. In addition, it is a product which requires a lot of water consumption to be able to rinse the feathers as I go. I try to recover the water as I can otherwise it produces a lot of water waste which is a shame, product not at all ecological

Perfect, does the job. But it's best to avoid using it for anything over 3 kg. Tip: Trim the legs, otherwise the bird will get stuck. I recommend this product.
