Description
This induction heating circuit uses a low voltage DC power supply of 12 to 48 V. Maximum current: 20A, maximum power: 1000W. This circuit not only allows induction heating, but also the integration of a copper tube into a high frequency transformer, a powerful inverter. It helps increase heat dissipation with a custom 8.5mm thick substrate! Its cooling capacity is very high. Tested with a 53V power supply in good working order. With its moderate power, it is ideal for quenching, annealing and other heat treatments of small parts. It can also be used with a crucible for melting gold, silver, copper, aluminum and other metals. Uniform heating, fast and very practical. The first switching power supply voltage reaches 12V and then accesses the induction heating circuit.
The volume of the heated object inside the heating coil should not exceed 1/5 of the volume
(if the heating cylinder is equipped with a coil diameter less than 1/3), or it may be caused by overload or failure of the circuit power supply.
