To celebrate its 25th anniversary, Everbuild introduces the EB25 Ultimate Sealant Adhesive, a top-quality hybrid sealant and adhesive developed using cutting-edge technology and a unique polymer blend. This versatile product is extremely flexible, certified for both indoor and outdoor use, and suitable for sanitary and food preparation areas. It boasts exceptional strength, adheres to almost any surface, and even works underwater. Once cured, EB25 is resistant to mould, temperature extremes, chemicals, petrol, and UV radiation, all while being environmentally friendly.

Usage

EB25 is suitable for a wide range of sealing and bonding applications, including:

High-quality nail replacement adhesive, even on damp surfaces

External and internal perimeter pointing around doors and windows

Bonding mirrors to most common substrates

Sealing vertical expansion joints

Jointing cladding panels

Applications requiring high-performance, durable sealing and bonding of joints

Areas where resistance to chemical spillage is necessary

Installation

For optimal results, follow these application instructions:

Ensure all surfaces are clean, dust-free, and sound.

Surfaces may be damp but should not have standing water.

For nail replacement adhesive, apply adhesive around the edge of the item and cover back with beads at 300mm intervals.

For lightweight items, apply adhesive in one or two continuous beads and press into place.

Use masking tape to ensure a neat sealing line and remove it immediately after tooling.

Tool the sealant within 5 minutes of application for good contact and a smooth finish.

Other information

Uncured material can be removed with a damp cloth and white spirit.

Cured material can be removed mechanically.

Temporary support is recommended for heavy items until the adhesive has dried (24-48 hours).

Not suitable for use in structural glazing systems or aquarium manufacture.

Check compatibility with specific paints before overpainting.

Yellowing may occur in dark conditions.
