After being fitted for a few weeks its stopped sliding, even after adding the supplied silicon lubricant 3 times (and its now empty)

The quality of the item is really good, it was missing a couple of rubber seals which the seller is sending to me. The instructions aren’t great but I previously had the same type of screen so didn’t need them thankfully.
