Unnecessarily complicated design. The first pane of glass has to be siliconed in, rather than secured with screws like normal screens. There are also 2 rubber gasket strips to hold the glass in place which just pop out irrespective of which direction you insert them. The bottom seal design is so bad it doesn't stop water and every time you open or close the glass, you have to manually lift the seal to ensure it has set flat otherwise all the water will go through. It's so bad I'm going to buy something else and it's only been installed for a few days.
