Description

• This British Standard 5-lever mortice deadlock is designed for external timber doors hinged on either side. Suitable for doors up to 54mm thick, it features a deadbolt that can be locked or unlocked with a key from either side, providing secure locking. The deadbolt is 20mm long, offering positive deadlocking and enhanced resistance against forced entry. The lock includes anti-pick, anti-saw, and anti-drill security features, with a chamfered bolt design that improves performance under side load testing and makes drilling attacks more difficult. Supplied with a matching covered escutcheon for a neat finish. The lock is recommended by insurance companies, kitemarked to BS3621: 2007, and approved by the police Secured by Design initiative. It comes with a 15-year guarantee.
