I had a bad contact on the control box. The problem was taken care of by customer service. Free return. I ordered the same one. It seems much more robust and better designed than the Chinese product (red) which lasted me 2 years.

Good product, I recommend. Too bad the remote control wire is not very long, you have to plan to change it.

practical little hoist for small odds and ends fairly fast advance is gentle at the same time for installation of gallery on utility regularly for the price satisfied with my purchase

I have bad contact on the control box. I sent a photo of the control box. After-sales service asks me for a video! How do we get a video of a false contact???? They are hanging around and during this time my installation is not working. However, I paid!
