After a first defective device (false contact in the control box) the device is quickly taken back and refunded. The 2nd delivery is fast, the device has nothing to do with the Chinese model that I had and which gave up the ghost after 2 years. Often putting 15/20% more on a device saves a lot...

I have bad contact on the control box. I sent a photo of the control box. After-sales service asks me for a video! How do we get a video of a false contact???? They are hanging around and during this time my installation is not working. However, I paid!
