Another product was delivered by the seller PERMU, who, following our request for a replacement, offered to let us keep the counterfeit product with a 15% discount credited within 7 days. We accepted on November 25, 2025, subject to delivery of the correct product ordered. No further action was taken, nor was the replacement delivered or confirmation of the return of the ordered merchandise received. We found this product elsewhere and unfortunately wasted a lot of time trying to satisfy our own customers. We recommend that ManoMano remove this dishonest seller, PERMU, from its listings.
