I ordered these two lounge chairs, which seemed sturdy on the website. Unfortunately, during assembly, despite the packages arriving in fairly good condition, five parts arrived broken or damaged. I managed to repair the parts, and the final assembly is quite good. It's worth noting that customer service compensated me for the damages to the tune of €40 after an exchange of emails. However, I suggest the company review how they secure the loose parts in the packaging to prevent other customers from experiencing similar problems. The end result is still quite attractive and comfortable.

Received 8 days ago. How can I give an objective review in such a short time? Your surveys should be conducted a few weeks after receipt. Therefore, I'm only giving it 4 stars for that reason. That said, at first glance, it seems to be of very good quality, sturdy, and comfortable. Time will tell. Delivery was fast and on time. Regarding assembly, it's true that the instructions aren't easy to follow for someone who isn't handy. As an experienced DIYer, the first assembly raised some questions for me. The second was a breeze.
