Installation

Tilt-head design facilitates easy installation or removal of bowls and accessories.

Assemble the bowl on the machine and rotate clockwise until the buckle is locked.

Install the required accessory onto the output shaft and rotate counterclockwise to the locking position.

Usage

Rinse the machine and allow it to dry before use.

Press the machine head and turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body.

Weigh the flour and water to be processed into the bowl, with a maximum of 2.25kg.

Plug in the power cord and turn on the Power Button.

Adjust the Speed Knob to the required speed to start mixing.

Once the dough meets the requirements, turn the Speed Knob back to 0 position to stop.

Press the machine head, turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body, and rotate the bowl counterclockwise to remove it.
