Product information
Description
Specifications: Product Model: US-52 Suitable Motor Power: 300W; 400W; 500W (optional) Operating Power Supply: AC220V 50/60Hz (voltage fluctuation range ±10% Ue) Operating Environment: -10~-50℃ Relative Humidity: Speed Range: 90-1400r/min 50Hz, 90-1700r/min 60Hz Package List: 1 x Motor Speed Controller Note: The actual color of the product may differ from the picture due to lighting. There may be a slight deviation in the product measurement. Installation and Operation: The controller has 6 wires: the red wire is the main motor wire, the green and white wires are the capacitor secondary wires, the two blue wires are the speed feedback wires, and the yellow wire is the ground wire. Turn off the power, connect according to the wiring diagram, and confirm that the line connection is correct; do not change it arbitrarily. Set the external speed knob to 0 before use to avoid high transient currents and damage to the controller. This product is controlled by the generator's return voltage, and the control line is split into two lines: blue and blue. When the controller is connected to the motor and finds that the torque or speed does not meet requirements, the US-52 adjusts the side trimmer potentiometer (speed setting). To change the motor's direction of rotation, simply replace the "CCW" and "CW" jumpers on the wiring at the rear of the controller. *When changing the direction, you must change the motor after it has completely stopped running. 1) Select COM and CW to short-circuit, and the motor will rotate clockwise; 2) Select COM and CCW to short-circuit, and the motor will rotate counterclockwise
