Indicator light shows red when charging is needed and green when fully charged.

Other information

When the battery is low, the indicator light will flash for three seconds before the light stops working.

Automatic detection may not function during the day or in strong light conditions.

very good value for money, a good level of illumination and battery life. these are twice the price on amazon. and most are only 100-200 Lumens, if the seller is willing to advertise this very important factor. these say 1000 lumens, but seem more like 500 - still excellent and more than enough.
