Advertised as dimmable but on recieving the lamp it transpired it wasn't. It looks lovely but wanted soft light so was returning it but ended up keeping it after emailing Manomano regarding that matter. I can recommend the modern style of the lamp totally but you get a bright light emitting although not in your face brightness but would personally have preferred soft light or dimmable so can choose what light you want. I would have attached a photo but unfortunately it's not letting me.
