【Hole Edge Adjustment】: The hole edge of the hole punch can be adjusted from 3–7 mm. The adjustment plate is made of stainless steel and features a positioning scale. Adjustment is simple and is achieved by loosening the screw.
【Precise Drilling】: The 35 mm hinged drill guide is equipped with three bearing bushings: top, middle, and bottom.
The overall height of the drill guide is 2 cm, which reduces vibrations during drilling and enables more precise drilling. 【Edge Strip Groove Design】: Thanks to the concave shape of the concealed hinge template, the groove depth of the edge strip is 2 mm. After gluing the door leaf edges, you can drill holes using our hole saws. This does not affect the drilling accuracy. 【Easy Installation and Application】: With the included tool, you can drill positioning holes with a fixed hole spacing of 48 mm. Alternatively, you can use the hinge holes directly for positioning without being limited by the hole spacing.
