The Wolfcraft Universal Dowelling Kit is a practical set designed for creating perfectly fitting dowel holes. It includes a drill gauge, a board clamp, an 8 mm wood drill bit with a depth stop, and 40 dowel pins, making it ideal for edge-to-edge, corner butt, and T-butt joints.

Drill guide bushes for dowel sizes: 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm

Board clamp suitable for board thicknesses of 12 - 30 mm

Maximum drilling depth: 2/3 of wood thickness

Installation

Clamp the first board to the workbench using the board clamp and drill gauge.

Position the second board either horizontally or vertically using the adjustable clamps.

Use the drill gauge as a drilling template to ensure accurate hole placement.

Usage

For edge-to-edge joints, lay both boards on top of one another and clamp them using the drill gauge and two clamps.

Drilling into the paired drill guide bushes ensures perfectly fitting counter holes on the front edges.

Precise and easy to use. Only the depth ring cannot be used on the drill. Replaced by colored adhesive.

Easy to use. Too bad the 8 bit, delivered with it, is only 7.8 mm. Trunnions are difficult to insert especially in hard wood.
