Made of aluminum alloy, the 35mm Hinge Jig is designed for precision and durability, ensuring a long service life with accurate manufacturing and convenient operation. This jig is ideal for DIY woodworking, allowing you to easily mount concealed hinges on doors or cabinets without the need for professional assistance.

Technical specifications

Material: Aluminum alloy

Drilling depth: 12-13mm

Adjustable fixed card size: 15-25mm

Distance between the 35mm hole and the edge: 5mm

Installation

Install a 35mm hole opener.

Adjust the drilling depth to 12-13mm, then lock the limit ring.

Adjust the fixed size of the black pressure block of the quick clamp.

Move the puncher to the board marking and drilling position and lock the quick clamp.

Tighten the drill handle and press the hole to a depth of 12-13mm.

Drill a 2mm screw hole on the left and right sides.

Usage

This jig is widely used for most common hinges, making it a convenient tool for mounting concealed hinges on doors or cabinets.

Package includes: Hinge hole locator body x1, 35mm hole opener (with limiting ring and fixed screw) x1, 2mm drill bit x1, wrench x2, hex bar wrench x1.
