A great tap for the price - installation is a little tricky given the number of tails but this is to be expected for a 4-way tap. As I live in a very hard water area, I replaced the filter with one specifically for this and it works very well. The water is 98C, which is fine for all hot drinks - you will need quite a strong grid as the boiling water control is spring loaded for safety.
