Installation
Before each use, it is essential to calibrate the detector. Select the desired mode, then press and hold the scan button to calibrate the tool. Calibration is successful when the gradation bar disappears and a beep sounds. In metal or AC mode, be sure to place it in the air for calibration.
Use
Use the detector to identify the position of studs and cables in walls. During the detection process, the screen will display the detection mode and signal strength. The buzzer intensity will vary depending on the distance to the target, allowing you to mark the position when the sound is loudest.
Other Information
If the detector is accidentally shaken, it must be recalibrated before continued use.
