Press “ ON ” To turn on the indicator light, press "HOLD/TEMP" to activate the selector, then press and hold "HOLD/TEMP" to change the temperature. Using the Mode Selector: Press "ON" to turn on the indicator light, press "MODE/CAL" to cycle through the other modes. Fast and Accurate Standard Measurements: 1. Before unpacking, add the pH 4.00/pH 6.86/pH 9.18 buffer solution, then pour it into the 250 ml water bottle until completely dissolved. 2. Press the "ON/OFF" button to switch to pH meter mode. 3. Set the electrode resolution to the standard pH of 6.86. Wait for the reading to stabilize (usually 5 to 10 seconds). 4. Press the "MODE/C" button to continue the reading for 6 seconds. Then release it to continue the measurement. 5. Repeat the steps to complete the precipitation at pH 4.00/pH 9.18 in order. NOTE: Follow the instructions carefully to ensure the correct pH values are 6.86, 4.00, and 9.18. In other words, the exact pH is 9.18.
