Easy installation: First, install 4 AAA batteries (not included) in the right direction into the smart lock and insert the front handle into the lock body. Second, disassemble the rear handle into 2 parts, and install the part A aligned with the square bar and install part B, then screw the connecting screws tightly. Finally, insert and rotate the key 180 degrees into the keyhole after completing the installation, then rotate the front handle to test.

Description:

Add a fingerprint/temporary passcode: Click “Member Management”, select Member, then click “Add”. Place your finger on the recognition area 5 times following the voice prompts. Note: each Once you place your finger, finely adjust the finger position to ensure the fingerprint is fully registered. Select “Temporary code” and 4 types of access codes to choose from, “Time-limited”, “Unique », “Dynamic” and “Custom”.

Pass-through mode: Close “Auto-lock” and unlock the lock once, pass-through mode is enabled. Open “Auto Lock” and unlock the lock once, pass mode is disabled. Note: Once the pass mode enabled, anyone can unlock the lock without any permission.

Reset the lock with the app: Click "Remove device", then click "Confirm" to remove and reset the lock from the app. Note: If the lock is offline, you need to swipe over the main interface to bring the lock online.

Reset the lock with the reset hole:

1. Lower the front handle, then disassemble it and change the lock via USB interface

2. Lightly press the RET reset hole for 4 seconds with a small object (like a ballpoint pen), we will hear a beep sound every second. Release it when the beeping sound stops. The system will automatically restore factory settings within 5 seconds and the voice message will indicate that factory settings have been successfully restored.
