But to be honest I didn’t have any problems with delivery, the pen is perfect and very sturdy, a lot cheaper than other places. It arrived when they said it would, very easy to use and put together, instructions easy to follow. Very happy with my purchase, using it to keep a puppy contained in his crate with the pen around the door. Excellent job
