Product information
Description
Features:
1. Built-in detection coil: The handheld underground pipeline detector is equipped with a built-in detection coil, can receive magnetic signals from the pipe, the coil generates induced current to calculate the direction and position of the transmitter.2. Wide Application: The underground pipe locator is suitable for water supply pipes, cables, underground construction, cave exploration, underwater search, and more. Use it for efficient exploration work.
3. LED Screen: The water supply pipe locator comes with an LED screen, providing clear and convenient monitoring data. Enhance your exploring experience with this handy feature.
4. High precision: 512 Hz transmitter makes it easy to determine the location of the probe. The receiver has a separate tilt sensor to obtain peak and zero signals, ensuring efficient exploration.
5.Robust Construction: Made from high-quality ABS material, the pipeline blockage locator is robust and water-resistant, suitable for underwater measurements, ensuring long-lasting use.

How to use:
Power on/off global layout (press length to turn on; press length to turn off) near/far switch Controls overall sensitivity. It is recommended to use the “FAR” position when beginning to locate the transmitter. When you are close to the transmitter and the meter reaches full scale and you cannot reduce the sensitivity further, switch to "near" to identify its exact location. Meter Indicator - shows the resistance of the peak signal (right side) and zero signal (left side). Speaker - allows you to hear the signal beep or continuous sound from the transmitter, depending on the use case of the transmitter. Battery Indicator – Shows battery health status.Instructions: Adjust the Nar/Far switch of the locator +/- According to the actual environment to better match the transmitter. It is recommended to initially set to FAR mode (the signal set to 9), reduce the signal sensitivity level when the LED screen shows a very strong signal (you can also hear a louder sound), then reduce the detection range.Package List:
1 x Detector
1 x Detector Accessories
1 x User Manual
1 x Earphone
1 x aluminum case
Note:
The 512 has only one mode, the “detector” mode. In detector mode, the receiver searches for signals transmitted by a small probe or camera with a built-in transmitter wired into pipes. The detector should emit a 512 Hz signal and the receiver can determine the approximate depth of the target.First, turn on the receiver, walk around keeping the receiver at waist height, then walk in the general direction of the transmitter while slowly sweeping the receiver backward while pointing it toward the transmitter. You will notice the signal getting stronger. As you get closer, adjust the sensitivity if necessary to keep it within range. When you can no longer keep the device below full scale, switch to "close" and continue moving in the direction of the strongest signal. When you reach the point where the signal appears strongest, moving in any direction will weaken it, and you will then know that you have found the detector directly under the antenna pole.Move to another location, look for that peak signal again, and see if you always return to the same spot for confirmation. If you perform each step correctly, you should always end up directly above the transmitter.Continue practicing until you achieve consistent results. The product does not include a transmitter and requires the use of a 512 Hz transmitter.Features
