The Kamado is an egg-shaped barbecue with a wavy surface. It operates on charcoal and allows for several types of cooking: meat, fish, vegetables, desserts. Very easy to use, just place the charcoal at the bottom of the barbecue, wait for it to become embers, then close the lid and let the temperature rise. Add your food when the desired temperature is reached.
The interior ceramic is 2cm thick. The preservation and distribution of heat are optimal. The combustion of the charcoal is very slow, allowing you to enjoy your embers for up to 8 hours.

Note, the Kamado is a very heavy barbecue.
The use of heat-resistant gloves is highly recommended.

I think the Kamado could replace the Plancha because it is very aesthetic, super economical and multi-cooking. I recommend this model because it is inexpensive compared to other Kamado and does the job.
