    • Installation

  • The tilt-head design facilitates easy installation and removal of the bowl and attachments.
  • Assemble the bowl on the machine, rotate clockwise until the buckle is locked.
  • Install the required accessory onto the output shaft, and rotate counterclockwise to the locking position.

    • Usage

  • Rinse the machine and allow it to dry before use.
  • Press the machine head and turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body.
  • Weigh the flour and water to be processed into the bowl, with a maximum of 2.25kg.
  • Turn the Speed knob to 0 position before plugging in the power cord and turning on the Power Button.
  • Adjust the Speed Knob to the required speed to start mixing.
  • Once the dough meets the requirements, turn the Speed Knob back to 0 position to stop.
  • Press the machine head, turn the Rise Button to lift the upper body, rotate the bowl counterclockwise to remove it, and take out the dough.
