Easy to handle and good cutting saw but only got one battery in case. Thought the offer was two?

Great little chainsaw only one problem it stated with two batteries but only one came with it was a bit disappointed so been trying to get another battery. It stated with two batteries that's another reason why I purchased it but still a good little saw

The product is advertised as including 2 x batteries. It was delivered with only 1 x battery and when I queried this I was advised that the batteries were out of stock and wouldn’t be available for one month. I was offered and declined a 15% discount as an alternative to the 2nd battery.
