Delivery was fast ,easy in the end to assemble great price

Took almost 3 hours to assemble due to the useless instructions an poor quality screws and lining up of holes, didnt look too bad one assembled. As the weather wasnt great didnt unpack cushions straight away, when we did they were appalling quality, made of the thinest filling ive ever seen. Contacted mano mano but they passed me to vidaxl, immediately offered £50 off or to return, at a charge of £5 per box.....as we didnt still have boxes and werent prepared to start taking it all apart and trying to package it we asked for replacement cushions, told this would take 2 weeks. Eventually they agreed to refund £90 and we had to go to a local company for proper cushions so we could use the furniture. Very poor customer service from both companies as advised the money would be returned in a few days then after 2 weeks told it would be knocked off the 3rd payment as we had taken the 3 month payment option. Overall a very disapointing product not worth the money would not buy anything from this company again.

All arrived in dribs and drabs over different days but took us a few days to unpack it all, we realised we were missing seat braces which hold it all together. Instructions to put together are appalling and it's guess work as to what bit goes where. Customer services have been prompt and promised to send the missing parts in 5-8 days.
