Product information

Description

High-quality and durable: The 8000W high-power spot welder offers good performance and a long service life. Housing material: ABS, surface anodizing technology, wear-resistant and safe to use. The welding needles equipped with the spot welder have good conductivity and low contact resistance.
Spot welder with rotary knob adjustment: The adjustable spot welder can continuously weld thousands of points on the nickel sheet after being fully charged. The welding feet of the adjustable spot welder are removable and replaceable. Power adjustment design: The output power can be adjusted from 0 to 800A by turning the rotary knob. The higher the value, the higher the power.
Easy to use: The spot welder's welding feet can be removed and replaced, making it easier to use. The cordless DIY spot welder controls the welding process via a foot pedal, making spot welding easier. Simply press the nickel strip with two soldering pins and operate the foot switch. Wait about 0.5 seconds until the spot welding is completed, and then release the foot pedal.
Note: The LCD screen indicates that the battery voltage is the determining factor for the spot welding effect. The screen of our spot welder displays the product's internal voltage in real time, making it easier to check and recharge in time. This product must be fully charged before first use. Please charge it when the display voltage is below 7.3V.
Wide range of applications: The highly efficient spot welder is suitable for joining nickel strips for 18650 lithium batteries or for spot welding iron sheets and stainless steel sheets. It is also suitable for high-speed welding of 0.1–0.3 mm thick nickel-plated steel plates and 0.1 mm thick pure nickel plates.
