How to use:

1. Choose a suitable extractor (slightly smaller than the inside diameter);
2.Use the tip of the screw to screw in a clockwise direction, so that the puller opening is held open and hooked to the inner diameter of the bearing (or the inner wall of the outer race);
Note: The puller opening must be open, otherwise the head may slip or be damaged.


3. Install the support sleeve (the inner wall of the sleeve must be larger than the outer diameter of the outer ring of the bearing);
4. After adjustment, find a screwdriver (or round bar) and insert it into the top hole of the rotating screw, or use an adjustable wrench to screw the nut underneath to remove the bearing.
