Description

General description

The B150 joist pedestal is an adjustable pedestal designed for easy installation of wooden decks. It features a head equipped with a tongue with 3 holes for securing the joists and an adjustable ring for precise millimeter-height adjustment. The pedestal is placed on the ground without the need for fastening and is stabilized by the weight of the joist. It is compatible with both natural wood planks and composite planks.

Installation

Begin by placing the deck pedestals in one corner

Adjust the height of the B150 wooden deck pedestal

Space the pedestals 50 cm apart (corresponding to the spacing of the joists)

For the second row, place joist pedestals 70 cm from the first row

Ensure joists are supported every 70 cm

Secure the joists using the tongue located on the head of the B150 pedestal with deck screws

When laying decking material, start from a corner, leaving a 5 mm gap from the edge (expansion joint), and place the planks perpendicular to the joists

Screw the planks at 20 mm from the edges
