Very good. The only slight criticism is that it's difficult to estimate the accuracy; sometimes tapping the dial can cause the measurement to vary by a degree or two. So, you need to allow a little extra for sensitive applications like fermentation. Very positive, it withstood several splashes and an accidental immersion.
