Usage

Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth.

Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub.

Periodically turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure.

For tough stains, scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If necessary, use a wool washing liquid.

Do not overwet the rug and wipe dry after cleaning.

Use only rug recommended cleaners.

Contact an expert for tough stain removal.

Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.

For comfortable use, we recommend airing out the unpacked rug for at least a few hours (ideally one or two days) to allow the natural scent of the material to fade.

Other information

Because the rug is handwoven, each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern, and size (+/- 5-7 cm). This variation is not considered a defect.

Due to the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed, which is a standard process and not considered a defect.
