We recommend unfolding it as soon as possible, giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, as well as putting a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect. Please keep in mind that the fabric has a shiny, soft surface that changes shade depending on the direction of the fibres and the angle of light. Production technique: Hand tufting involves injecting yarn into the backing of the rug using a special needle. In this process, the yarn is not as tightly integrated into the backing as in other methods (e.g. woven carpets). As a result, individual threads can sometimes come loose.
