The remote control and open/close buttons are erratic. But most importantly, the door doesn't work in temperatures below 0°C. I definitely don't recommend it.

It's already broken. I have to open and close it manually, always worried it might open or close. It's cheap, but it's actually more expensive because I have to buy another one (not the same model, I assure you).
