General Description

This automatic paint tester is equipped with integrated magnetic induction and a dual vortex probe, allowing for automatic identification of the metallic substrate being measured. It accurately calculates the coating thickness, whether paint or film, on metallic surfaces in a non-destructive manner. Thanks to its backlit digital LCD screen, data is easy to read even in dark environments.

Usage

To use the tester, follow these steps:

• Prepare the parts to be tested.
• Stay at least 2 cm away from the metal object, then press the button to turn on the device.
• Place the probe vertically on the surface to be measured until you hear a beep. The measured value is displayed on the screen.
• Lift the probe at least 2 cm from the part being measured to take the next measurement.
• It is recommended to reset the instrument to zero before each test.
• If the auto-off function is activated, the instrument will turn off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
