Published on 06/08/2025, FranceThis product is obviously inexpensive. But a bit too low-end...the remote control problem was quickly resolved, that's a good point. That said, a cheap product means a low-end product, not easy to install, and the arms aren't very sturdy... Finally installed, we had to call in a specialist despite the installation by an excellent handyman...if you can afford it, avoid this product and buy something more robust and durable. Thanks to Manomano for replacing the remote control that wasn't working...
