Bahco Sandflex holesaws are designed for high precision cutting of holes ranging from 14 mm to 152 mm in diameter, suitable for various materials including wood, plastics, non-ferrous metals, and stainless steel. The holesaws can cut through materials up to 38 mm thick and feature a variable pitch blade design for enhanced cutting efficiency.

Installation

Select the appropriate diameter for your application, such as pipes, conduits, or electrical boxes.

Use a compatible drill support (sold separately) that matches the saw size.

Adjust the drill speed according to the material and saw size, following recommended RPM guidelines.

Usage

Apply cutting fluid or lubricant when cutting metals to reduce heat and wear.

Use moderate pressure; let the saw do the work to prevent overheating and premature wear.

Wear safety goggles and gloves to protect against flying debris.
