Once you are there, there is no exterior noise other than the birds singing. That is why I decided to ditch the chainsaw and procure this saw to cut my hedges. You can wear it on a sheath that goes on your belt and it is razor-sharp. Now, without the noise of the chainsaw, I often spot red-throated deer. It might be less efficient that before, but I take real pleasure in it.
