Description

Bahco P51 Professional Hedge Shears are suitable for use in parks, vineyards and estates. They are particularly suited to cutting tightly packed hedges such as the varieties used for topiary art work (decorative hedge trimming).

The hollow ground, heavy gauge steel blades are precision aligned for a clean cut. The superior blades, absorbing rubber buffers and comfortable handles reduce fatigue. The serrated edges near the bottom of the blade are designed for gripping larger twigs and hard wood during cutting.

French brand with a very good reputation, robust and well sharpened blades, the nut which holds the whole has a simple, effective locking system, allowing the ideal clearance to be maintained for a long time. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the plastic material is too hard for the hands. The length of the blades is greater than the average of other products, it allows you to envisage rapid execution of tasks on large hedges. The length of the handle is made for close work, use the same material with extensions if you, like me, have height or depth in your cuts.
