General description

Bedec Barn Paint is a tough, water-based paint designed for a variety of surfaces including wood, plastic, concrete, weathered galvanised steel, brick, and cladding. It offers exceptional colour retention and is available in a Semi-Gloss finish, with additional options in Matt and Satin for Black and White. This durable coating flexes with the substrate, minimizing the risk of flaking or cracking, making it ideal for protecting exterior buildings such as barns, stables, sheds, and more.

Installation

Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants before application.

For untreated weathered wood or porous substrates, dilute the first coat with up to 30% clean water as a primer sealer.

Apply an exterior knot block primer to knots before painting to prevent them from bleeding through.

Can be applied by brush, roller, or spray.

Usage

Suitable for exterior applications on buildings, fencing, gates, farm equipment, tanks, drainpipes, doors, and windows.

Not recommended for substrates treated with water-repellent preservatives.

Provides protection against weather, rot, and algal damage.
