A missing part was unavailable due to the manufacturer's stock. The only solution was to return the product, even though we had unpacked everything for inspection. We had to find a way to replace the part ourselves, and while the manufacturer offered some assistance, it doesn't seem right that we can't buy replacement parts individually. The instructions are also very unclear. We'll see how this product performs in use.
The model I ordered was the anthracite-colored shelter, and I received it. The item is high quality, and the screws are also high quality. The only downside: the instructions consist only of diagrams, with no written explanations to draw attention to certain assembly points that could be problematic for someone who isn't very technically inclined (like me, in this case). This forced me to disassemble and redo some steps (for example, the light-colored edge of the pieces must be placed under the piece that will overlap the first one to ensure a uniform color).
